Our philosophy is of gratitude towards nature, so we avoid wastage and we recover as much as possible, we recycle waste products and we give new life to by-products of our process. Following the extraction phase, a special plant naturally separates the pomace from the kernels. The former is destined as agricultural fertiliser, the latter will be used as heating fuel (4400 Kcal/kg).
